Australian Opal in 22k Gold Knotted with Akoya Keshi Pearls, n203

This exquisite necklace combines the brilliance and unique color of Australian opal from Lightning Ridge with the luster of saltwater Akoya Keshi pearls from Japan. Each pearl has been individually hand knotted on silk cord.  I've wrapped it in a warm 22k gold bezel to offset the intense fire in this opal.

Finished with a 14-karat gold clasp, findings and a Noduri signature tag, the necklace is 15.5 inches long.  The pendant measures 19 by 12mm.
