High Grade King's Manassa Turquoise Silver and Leather Cuff, w12
This cuff features a gorgeous and rare piece of old-stock, high-grade turquoise mined out of south-central Colorado at the King's Manassa Mine. King's Manassa is highly sought after for its rich blue-to-green color and lovely brown matrix. This is an excellent example of the material that is no longer available as the mine is now closed and not producing material anymore.
This modern, minimalistic yet bold collector's cuff is made of sterling silver and genuine leather that brings out the matrix in the stone, a stunning combination.
I have designed the setting with a sterling silver bar on the back, which the leather strap threads through. It has a snug fit, so the stone will not slide on the leather. The advantage of this setting is that it is so versatile! If you would like a different color leather wristband, it is super easy to change out. If the leather wears out, it is easy to replace, and your cuff is as good as new. Also, the stone can be worn on your favorite chain or leather strap as a pendant or thread through your hatband; the possibilities are endless! PLEASE note: this comes with the leather wrist strap only - the silver chain and leather strap shown in the video are for demonstration.
The silver has a soft satin finish with a dark patina halo around the stone. The leather strap is 1.5 inches wide and has a brass button-type closure that secures at 7 and 8 inches. The turquoise backplate measures 42mm by 28mm. The top of the stone sits about 12mm high from the wrist.

One of a kind
