Ivory Creek Variscite Silver and Leather Cuff Bracelet, w15

This stone is a gorgeous Ivory Creek Variscite and has all the features I love about this unique material. It looks so much like turquoise with a different color palette. It has a soft white color with a stark black spiderweb matrix and patches of a brown chocolate matrix; it is a beautiful stone that makes a statement. I've set the stone in sterling silver with a halo of dark patina around the stone.

The leather cuff has a brass button-type stud that can be closed at 6 inches or 7 inches. The leather is one inch wide and about 3mm thick.

I have designed the piece with a sterling silver bar on the back, which the leather strap threads through with a snug fit so the stone will not slide on the leather. The advantage of this setting is that it is so versatile! If you would like a different color leather wristband, it is easy to change out. If the leather wears out, it is easy to replace, and your cuff is as good as new. Wear the piece with your favorite chain or leather strap as a pendant, or thread it through your hatband. It's so versatile that you can quickly get creative with new ways of wearing it.
